In Edit layout
| ← → ↑ ↓ | Nudge the selected desk (hold Alt for bigger steps) |
| Shift + arrows | Jump to the next desk in that direction |
| Ctrl C | Copy the selected desk (size, type, office) |
| Ctrl V | Paste a copy where your mouse is, with the next number |
| Ctrl D | Duplicate next to it. Move the copy into place, press again, and the spacing repeats |
| N | Add a new item (the type picked next to “+ Add”) |
| Enter | Rename the selected desk |
| Delete | Delete the selected desk |
Moving people: drag a person from one desk onto another with your mouse, or use Move in the desk panel and then click the new desk. On a Mac, use ⌘ instead of Ctrl. Copying a desk copies its layout only, not the person or computer details.
